Inside & Out Fitness Training is provided by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Keri Rochelle. Training at Inside & Out Fitness focuses on overall health from the Inside & Out. 

Sessions include strength training focused on building lean muscle mass (toning) and burning body fat with both challenging and fun exercises to maximize your 30 - 60 minute workout.

I want to say that Keri is a trainer who cares, since being with Keri I have lost weight and inches with multiple medical setbacks. I have SEVERE ASTHMA and as you can imagine it’s hard to do just daily activity let alone train, Keri has taken the time to learn about my asthma and medications and the effects it has on my training, she also has been to the hospital during an episode to make sure I was okay. Keri has been extremely understanding to all of my limitations. Keri also pushes me to do more and be disciplined, she is kind and tough and always has great energy. You can tell that Keri has a God Given gift for motivating people. I consider it a blessing to be a client of Keri and to find someone that is serious, professional and compassionate. I’m going on 7 months of training and plan on making Keri sessions apart of my long-term maintenance management. To put it she is simply AMAZING.
